"Lost Wanderers" Print
I’ve stated before that all elements of my selfie series were photographed by me. This image has the only exception. The walrus image was taken by an overseas photographer friend of mine in a museum. It’s a nice little easter egg for the series and my friend wholly approved the use of his image.
The background is from one of my favorite places in the world, the San Juan Mountains. Specifically, this is Blue Lakes Pass.
This is part of my selfie series. A while back, when photo augmenting apps were becoming popular, I wanted to create a series that could not be replicated by an app. The person in each photograph is me. All elements of each image was captured by me.
These images are printed on wood. I just love the way the texture and lines of the wood show through the print. It ads to the overall aesthetic each image creates. The print shown in the mockups is 24×36 inches.
